I've been using Greens Plus off and on for over three years. We have been making Greens Plus smoothies for ages by mixing Greens Plus with a banana and probiotic yogurt. We often add other fruits into it as well such as pineapple or berries. Today I had an e-mail from Genuine Health to talk about a new product called Greens+ Smoothie A Day. They're now providing instant smoothies with plenty of complimentary health benefits. Hmmm, I wonder if they read one of my blog posts? I also wrote to them ages ago on their forum to ask if this was ok and was told I should use organic yogurt.
I'm not saying they took my idea or anything...I'm just saying smoothies rock and it's a more pleasant way to drink the Greens.

Just to say I enjoyed reading your article about green smoothies etc. We have a free fruit smoothie recipe site which has been running for years now and like you say, it's really a case of trial and error when making them. It's just getting that right combination or either veg or fruit which suits the individual.
