Fun Ways to Burn Calories

Sex

Depending upon how vigorous and how long you do it, you can burn lots of calories by having sex. It's fun and decreases stress and helps you sleep.

Laughter


Laughter is GREAT medicine and laughing uses up loads of muscles including abdominals (when you get a great belly laugh going). Ever laugh so hard your belly hurts? That's the burn baby!

Playing with your Kids

Play with your kids or someone else's kids. Roll around on the floor, give them a piggy back or an airplane ride...do somersaults and have a blast. It will get you laughing too which is like an extra hearty workout!

Exercise while Watching TV

You're sitting there anyway.Why not burn a few calories easily?
Sit on an exercise ball or lay on the floor and do pelvic thrusts or a bit of yoga while you watch your favourite tv show. I often do pilates while watching tv. I'm multitasking and not feeling like I'm over working but every single little bit helps!
If you have a baby, play with your baby while exercising. It's like weight training (do it safely, obviously..)
Every little bit helps get you fit and keep you youthful!
