I try to stay up to date on the latest in health news. I find myself fascinated by all the news about foods of the world that aren't present in many countries that benefit the locals greatly. This morning I came across info on the Acai berry. It's got huge antioxidant punch and is described as being a taste combination of berries and chocolate. Did I say chocolate? Yes, I absolutely did.
